About Orri
We believe recovery is possible for everyone
Orri is the leading provider of recovery-focused eating disorder treatment in the UK. We use our knowledge to educate and collaborate with key stakeholders to improve the treatment of eating disorders. Orri is evidenced-based and uses extensive outcomes data to innovate and improve its services.
The word “orri” originated in the Eastern Pyrenees and refers to an enclosure traditionally used to shelter sheep and shepherds from the elements. An orri has an opening that allows those in need of shelter to travel in and out as they wish, taking protection when needed and travelling onwards when they are ready.
At Orri, we welcome patients who wish to take shelter during times of challenge. Our door is open so that travellers on their eating disorder recovery journey can visit when in need, and leave to continue onwards when they are ready.

Treatment that delivers results
At Orri, we are committed to delivering measurable, meaningful outcomes that reflect true recovery - not just symptom reduction. Our personalised, evidence-based approach enables clients to make sustained progress across psychological, physical, and functional domains. Whether delivered in-person or online, our programmes are designed to promote early intervention, reduce reliance on inpatient admissions, and support long-term wellbeing. We track a range of clinical and qualitative outcomes to demonstrate effectiveness, inform continuous improvement, and provide transparency for our NHS partners.
Our Programmes
Treatment programmes to suit everyone
Treating a range of eating disorders, including Anorexia, Bulimia, Binge eating disorder, Orthorexia, Avoidant restrictive food intake disorder (ARFID) and Other specified feeding or eating disorder (OSFED), we believe food is a symptom of more complex and often deep-rooted issues. It’s important to recognise that there is no right or wrong way to have “a problem”.
Because of this diversity, Orri’s approach to treating eating disorders adapts in line with the needs of the individual. Our stepped approach provides people with the right amount of support at different points in their journey and allows for a smooth transition back to into everyday life and patients can opt for in-person, online or a blend of.
